wow what timing I was just talking with a fella 10 hours ago who worked at Boeing rocket test facility at Santa Susana Ca and I had friends who worked at Edwards AFB RPL rocket Prop lab this seems so cool and I hope in the mean time it will fly . My dream is the web site buildtheenterprise its designed after the star trek ship the enterprise from the tv / movies . it said it would take 11 years to help design and manufacture the parts and technology to build and 9 yrs to actually build it it would have a crew of 1,000 and by then have what is as close to warp engines as one could picture . the nice thing is it could go to mars in 90 days the moon in about a day to 3 days and to the outer planets in a years time with a technological crew of 1,000 to start with and plans for bigger class ships on the planning board . think of the work that would be provided ( real jobs ) and the new technologies discovered in the process. this is a good start but lets look beyond this and dream bigger . any one wish to go along let me know JB
