(written by Komakkambedu Himakiran Anugula.) Tamilnadu 1) has the highest number of factories and workers, hardly any strikes disruptions. 2) has less water, less land, less population, but higher productivity and output 3) is the pioneer in social justice and harmony. Islam and Christianity have been here forever. St.Thomas as, one of the 12, lived here and is buried here. we have a glorious heritage of Muslim scholars, poets and gurus. Yet, hardly any riots and all that nonsense. We dont have problems and we dont want problems to be sent here. 4) is also where Hindu revival as its called started. We have your Shankaracharya, Ramanujar, Bhakthi movement and so on. 5) is the champion of gender and transgender rights. Im not talking about socialites in swanky places talking about this, but ground level peoples acceptance and respect for the same. 6) is the model state for social justice with reservations, land ceiling, welfare schemes, women SHGs and so much more. 7) is the most welcoming of all states and migrants from everywhere have always found this a safe haven in the pursuit of livelihood. Case in point, just ask any North Easterner living here. 8) has the best media & entertainment industry with its global reach, business volume, technical expertise and ground breaking attempts. 9) has a thriving culture with our temples, cities, practices, traditions, sports from when the Greeks and Romans were still a civilization. 10) had the most enduring of all empires in the Indian subcontinent, Cholas. 11) has had trade links with Rome, China, Africa, Asia since millennia and Tamil is the official language in Sri Lanka, Singapore and main language in Malaysia, Mauritius and Myanmar. No state can come close to us in terms of our legacy of international relations, trade and cultural exchanges. TN Model, No to Congress, No to BJP! ================== Information via Mani M.
