yahweh/htmls/7-2012-Newsletter.html Why Should We Believe The Prophets? The Savior said we are fools if we do not believe all that the Prophets have spoken. .Luke 24:25— Then He said to them: O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the Prophets have spoken! Who are the Prophets of which Yahshua Messiah speaks? The Prophets of Yahweh who were sent by Yahweh to warn the nations of Israyl, the twelve tribes, that Yahweh brought from Egypt, giving them the land and His Laws. Many of them rebelled against Yahweh and His Laws. So Yahweh sent His Prophets to them to prophesy to them and show them the problems they would bring into their lives by breaking Yahwehs Laws. These same Prophets carried their warnings to the rebellious tribes up until the time of Yahchanan, whose name was replaced in the Scriptures by the Catholic church. They replaced Yahchanan with the name John in order to hide the Name Yahweh. The reason I mention the name changes here is because those of the twelve tribes who turned against Yahweh were strong, violent men who were first known as elders. They were leaders of the people of the twelve tribes so they were able persuaders of their wickedness throughout the land of Israyl and the multitude of nations they were prophesied to become. Notice the Prophecy in: .Genesis 48:19— But his father refused, and said; I know, my son, I know. He, too, will become a people, and he too will become great; nevertheless, his younger brother will be greater than he, and his descendants will become a multitude of nations. This was speaking of the descendants of Abraham, who became the twelve tribes of Israyl that were brought out of Egypt by Mosheh and trained in the Righteousness of Yahweh. However, they openly rebelled against Yahweh in the days of Samuyl, after they had multiplied for about 378 years after leaving Egypt. .I Samuyl 8:1-8— 1 When Samuyl became old, he made his sons judges over Israyl. 2 The name of his firstborn was Yahyl; Yahweh is Strength, and the name of his second was Abiyah; My Father is Yahweh. They judged in Beersheba; 3 But his sons did not walk in his ways. They sought dishonest gain, took bribes, and perverted justice. 4 Then all the elders of Israyl gathered together and approached Samuyl when he was at Ramah, 5 Saying to him; You are old, and your sons do not walk in your ways. Appoint us a king to judge us; just like all the other nations. 6 But these things displeased Samuyl, especially when they said; Give us a king to judge us. Then Samuyl prayed to Yahweh. 7 Yahweh answered Samuyl, and said: Listen to all the words the people speak to you, for they have not rejected you; they have rejected Me, that I should not reign over them. 8 Just as they have done to Me from the day I brought them out of Egypt, to this very day, they are now doing to you—they are forsaking Me in order to serve God(s); Elohim!
