yesterday our youngsters played their first international match! The opponents from Wales, West Glamorgan Regional Development team, came all the way to the Groenhovenpark to play this special match. The visitors won the match and will go on to play the Dutch National team later this week. On behalf of GCC Olympia Wijnand handed them the traditional Gouda pipe for touring teams. Bauke won the Man of the match, with honourable mentions for Rens (personality) and Maud (courage). A nice high tea ended a great afternoon of cricket. A well organised (thanks Marjon) and very special event!
