yesterday there was a meeting in the conference hall of the secretariat, coordinated by Sh. Kaushik Ji. chaired by sh. Bhirav Dutt ji ( very nice person), Sanjay ji ( first time seen firebrand) and Imtiyaz Ji ( first time in meeting , but nice personality). The discussion was started with very hot and positive manner it was first time when chair were listing the grievances of the juniors. I was also their but could not speak because I know after meeting, I will be secured off. Hence this on line presentation. 1. Sh. Kaushik Ji started slagging to Accounts Cadre, for not giving 4800/- and 5400/-, where as this the mistake of Services -1 Department, which was officiated by then Jitendra Ji Gr-I now Adhoc Danics, who has not issued the pay acceptation order in respect of all the post of DASS cadre with reference to 6th cpc. That why today Gr-I are drawing 3 set of scale, i) 4600, ii) 4800, iii) 5400. 2. It was very pathetic to see few retired Gr-I for crying for not getting pension as per last pay drawn. 3. The GR-IV of 2003 batch who has cleared 10 of service and 2007 batch of Gr-II and not being promoted by the services due to some technical problems but till the date no sound was their. 4. Every day in Education Department , Teaching Cadre are entering in the work of Gr-I and enhancing the post of vice principal and principal, but in the system more then 400 passed AAO are seating ideal but no one has thought of creating 1 AAO post in every school with GR-I. Because the Gr-I are master of Administration and AAO are master of ACCounts . Why Teaching cadre are doing accounts and administration job. That means tomorrow the post of Gr-I will be abolished from school under pressure of excadre. Hence it is in fabour of DASS cadre to demand of creation of 1AAO posts in every school and school administration should be run by GR-I and ACcounts by AAO, no teacher are accepted in the work. 5. But I am sure that this drama was staged in the interest of GR-I and Adhoc DANICS in fear of recovery and want to show strength and as & when their interest will be solved. no one will turned up for the meeting. Hence this the meeting for Gr-I not for others. But I give respect to Mr. Dutt, Sanjiv Ji and Imtiyaz Ji and request to Allah that what ever they spoke from the stage in the month of Ramjan should stick to that and work for their interest and as well as for their younger brother also.
