yet another honey ferment question. lol. i think honey ferments might need their own page. anywho, can i honey ferment canned fruit? like peaches or mandarin oranges? how does one honey ferment bananas?! saw this mentioned on another post, i didnt even know it was possible. dont they just turn into mush? and if i add dried spices to honey (tumeric in this case) will it ferment? or should i add something else? i need to supplement with tumeric, for inflamation, what else should i add to it? thanks! i have 3 gallons or raw honey at my disposal and i am looking to make honey fermented christmas gifts. THANKS
