yo. so i was sorting out my beliefs and looking for contradiction, and i found a big one. the after life. I was thinking about the universal consciousness, but I was thinking about the soul of the individual, and thought to myself but wait a minute, how can there be ghosts if were all a single consciousness in the higher order of things? So I thought about it more. and I decided that ghosts are physical manifestations of strong emotion, whether it be from people or animals. Theyre created from the excess energy of the emotion. So in a sense, people literally create their own ghosts. The thing is, theyre energy, and they can move anywhere, and there are certain people who are sensitive to these energies, and theyre like magnets. There are also people who arent, who are like the repelling side of a magnet. The magnets collect energies, the good and the bad. The good energy survives off of love, but the bad energy feeds off of more fear or anger or sadness. If the bad ones accumulate, they can swallow someone, like a possession. However, people who are sensitive to the energies can also combat the bad ones by sending it love, and turning it into light. The stronger the love, the easier it is, but your love must be stronger than theyre anger/hate. The reason why exorcisms (of any religion) work is that they are summoning their embodiment of love. This is why some cleansing rituals work and some dont. Its not about the ritual, its about the love.
