you guys. today, just before a lesson, the teacher pulled me aside to tell me about how, a few weeks ago, when i gave their staff a short presentation, she thought it was all a bunch of baloney. how that afternoon she went to the doctor who took her blood pressure and it was sky high. how at that moment, she decided to give the baloney a try and did a few minutes of mindful breathing. and how they took her blood pressure again afterwards and it was 20 points lower. anyways, she is now *very* intrigued about the baloney i peddle.
