That one woman in the back talking about how her ex husband has to conform to the standards his job sets for him not even thinking that if he or you or anyone doesnt want to do something like that, appear a certain way, that they have the choice to change. They can find another job that doesnt have a strict dress code, but people who arent white can change everything theyre wearing or saying, but they cannot change what color their eyes or skin is.
