Superior Court, former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Doctor Mary Sheehan, and several other defendants. Plaintiff files this claim under both medical and legal malpractice. Facts: 1. Andrew Gill filed a law suit against Arnold Schwarzenegger and several other politicians complaining that Arnold Schwarzenegger ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER WAS HAVING AN AFFAIR ON HIS WIFE AND DID IN FACT FATHER A CHILD. This law suit was filed in 2008. Also alligations of Schwarzenegger and his staff illegally withholding evidence in federal cases, obstructing justice, and also in the complaint, ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER WAS HAVING AN AFFAIR ON HIS WIFE AND DID IN FACT FATHER A CHILD. Andrew Gill also alleged submitting emails and other information to Arnold Schwarzenegger and staff, including showing up in person at the Sacramento, CA Capitol with information stating that the terrorist Usama Bin Laden was located in Pakistan. Andrew Gill did in fact file this law suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. 2. Andrew Gill did in fact get into an altercation with a man identified as Allan Cooperman. Allan Cooperman attacked Andrew Gill illegally while Allan Cooperman was in fact high of the drug identified as Crack Cocaine. Andrew Gill neither used Crack Cocaine, nor has ever used the drug Crack Cocaine. Prior to this attack Andrew Gill did in fact leave a series of tape recordings deemed legal under D.C. CODE 23-542 wiretapping law at the office of Arnold Schwarzenegger in D.C. Arnold Schwarzenegger and staff did not in fact produce the recordings for Mr. Gill and did instead begin to insist Gill was mentally ill. IN CONCLUSION: AFTER ANDREW GILL FILED THE FEDERAL LAW SUIT IN THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT, OPERA WINFREY DID A SPECIAL ON HER SHOW EXPOSING FORMER CA GOVERNOR ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER BECAUSE HE HAD IN FACT FATHERED A CHILD FROM THE MAID. ANDREW GILL’S CASE WAS DISMISSED PREVIOUS BY REPUBLICAN AND DEMOCRAT JUDGES WHO INSISTED ANDREW GILL WAS IN FACT MENTALLY ILL AND INCOHERANT.
