This Bill, THE AMERICAN PEOPLES BILL, restores our Ninth and especially our TENTH Amendment laws which SUPPORT, PROTECT, and DEFEND our ENTIRE Bill of Rights, our Declaration of Independence, our whole Constitution of laws upon our elected Republican and Democrat enemy usurpers, protect and defend our wages, our salaries, our property, our INDIVIDUAL Rights, States Rights, State and Popular sovereignty, our economy, our small businesses, our jobs and our FREEDOM. This bill provides our elected Republican and Democrat enemies A WARNING! That they WILL obey our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws, OR, We The People will have them and/or their hired Federal alphabet soup hired tyrants of utter coercion, ARRESTED. This bill makes our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws, which limit their powers and spending to the eighteen limited items granted them under Article I Section 8 of The Constitution. This supreme law of the land (Article VI clause 2), is made viable through incremental State nullification of all Federal spending and powers that exceed our Constitutional laws on them; with all other powers and spending reserved to the States, respectively, or the people. This bill also incrementally, in conjunction and corresponding to the State nullification of all UNLAWFUL Acts and spending by Congress and the Executive branch since 1913, nullifies all withholding taxes, all employment taxes, all matching employer taxes and all Income Taxes and restores these to all American Middle Class weekly paychecks. This process will nearly double the size of all American Middle Class weekly paychecks. These State nullifications shall be ENFORCED by State and Local Law Enforcement ACTION, as well as by State National Guard units, and County Sheriff facilitated Constitutional Militia, one in each corner and one in the center of each and every County for a minimum five Militia units per County. All of these Law Enforcement entities shall be prepared to do their Constitutional duty in accordance with their OATH of Service, by being provided Constitution courses so that they have a more perspicacious understanding of their OATH to support and defend our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws, made viable through incremental State nullifications, against all enemies, both elected and their alphabet soup Federal agencies of terror, Constitutional treachery, oppression, coercion and subjugation. Any Federal Agent or Agency that refuses to cease and desist their operations above the rule of law and/or spending above the rule of law, shall be arrested, jailed, tried, sentenced and HELD ACCOUNTABLE for any violation and/or contempt for the rule of our Constitutional laws, most especially our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws, which support and protect our entire Bill of Rights, The Declaration of Independence and the whole Constitution.
