youtu.be/gcZNbmRGirE SP is by NO means a fave of mine. Yeah, theyve made a career out of being near 50 year old juveniles and like em or not, they are talented. Oh, and for those who dont know (or dont care), with them it is just a big OTT act. The loudest metal mockumentary on record more than likely. But theyre so juvenile to me its really hard to take them serious as talented musicians. OK, that being said, for whatever bizarre reason Ive had a few obscure late 70s - early 80s songs in my cobweb infested mental state today. When a song comes to mind I start trying to find some decent, well done modern versions of it. For the most part, thats an exercise in futility. Welp, the song Fantasy by Aldo Nova came to mind today and I found this. Not bad. Not bad at all. Really good for a quartet of closing-in-on-50 juveniles. Maybe my kid sister from different parents/fellow survivor of 80s music, Tam will get kick out of this too.
