Nor will my children or my childrens children. I learned at a very early age, racial divide. Not by my family, but by the schools that my mother dared to enroll me in. It then passed down to the next generation, my children. I had to live in the suburbs in order for my children to receive a Quality Education, only for me to fight like hell to keep them there or to keep my son from getting Paper Trailed! Im not angry, Im concerned, and concerned people DO SOMETHING. This crisis is all of our problems. Dont dare turn your heads or judge, because next time it could be someone you know! Six Years ago I formed an All Boys Academy. I have watched numerous amounts of schools form, all for The Children only to see funds being misappropriated. You ask, After six years, why isnt it open? Because it is a private school, not a public charter, therefore funding is more difficult. This (Michael Brown Homicide) has reminded me of why I formed the school and the importance of getting it opened......Its not about me! #movingforward
