youtube/watch?v=e3oMa0LQh4s Baseball is an incredible sport and I love watching it...all because of the Royals. I love my team so much. Through the good and the bad the Kansas City Royals were such a big part of my childhood and even now. I remember listening to sports radio in the car and listening to every game during season at my house since we didnt have cable. The first game I went to at the K (that I remember) was with my Dad. I just thought everything about it was so cool. The drive to KC, the hype of the stadium, the fountains, hot dog races, Slugger shooting hot dogs from the hot dog cannon (I dont think they do that anymore for safety reasons lol) and the crown screen. Going to a Kansas City Royals game was more than just baseball for my family, it was always and will always be a major event. Regardless of their losses I always kept hope that they would someday make it to the WS. I remember my Mom always saying this will be our year. Well. It finally is. And even if they lose tonight, Im still a true blue fan.
