Multiple acts of speeding, unsafe lane changes, etc... all specifically ignored because the perpetrators of these crimes were other Law Enforcement Officers who were late for a conference.... Isnt that why everyone speeds? Late for something... In a hurry for something... Citizens were being pulled over and issued speeding tickets for going 10-12mph over the limit. Officers were ignored doing more than double that offense. Until this video surfaced from a private citizen using a camcorder and a police scanner, NOTHING was done by law enforcement. Love the 1st Amendment!! Thank you Bill Gillam for making this video.
