Each week, you can come here to Facebook, into the club, Youtube, or our website heavensfitness, to find a video outlining your weekly workout. Each workout will come with a challenge, whether that is timing yourself to see how quickly you can complete it, an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in a time period, or something else. We then challenge you to tell us your results, here on Facebook, or in the club, and see how you did compared to others, you can even challenge it again to improve your results! Week 4- EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) 0:00-1:00- 1 Rep 1:00-2:00- 2 Reps 2:00-3:00- 3 Reps 3:00-4:00- 4 Reps ...and so on until you can no longer get the reps in, in the minute time. PUSH PRESS- Go heavy! (well know if you dont!) Good luck! And well see you on the gym floor!
