#zoramae #day68 Sleep is easy when youre in the NICU I find out. While holding Zora tonight we took a nap together after I read her another chapter from Through the Looking Glass. Its starting to feel like shes home, even if it is inside of a hospital room. Zora also gained another ounce! Shes at 3lbs 3oz or 1460 grams. She has also reached the 34 week milestone today! She is six more weeks until term and today would have been her birthday had Krystle and Zoras hospital stay not been cut short. Stats! Her ventilator settings are down again. Her pressure rate was dropped down to 24% earlier and her blood gas was good. If she does better, her rate will be dropped down again to 22% tomorrow morning! Her lungs are getting so much better and soon she will be breathing on her own! We bought Zora some preemie clothes to wear while she is still in the hospital I cant wait to get the pictures!
