I am worried about my four year old son he has a IEP but not sure what all his special needs are yet we do know he is social delaied but my concessons are the way he treats are two dogs he hit one with cooking tongs and chases both around the home he tugs on there leashes i dont want to get rid of our dogs there family but they are scared of my son and have even bit him once please dont judge or be hateful i just need help
