A volunteer writes: Ten month old Belle already had a litter…No wonder she is so skinny, so hungry and wears a coat much too thin by places. She is a little bit shy but her craving for food is stronger than her fears. She will sit, jump or beg for treats. Belle is a bit cold too and she does not mind me putting a coat around her tiny body. She is all open for any kind of attention she can get from a human. She is so cute and petite in her chocolate dress. Her almond shaped brown eyes are two lovely and lively gems. Belle is very sweet and a needy little girl who makes a wonderful lapdog. She seems so comfortable, after a good meal, to cuddle in my arms and showers me with kisses. Belle comes when called, sits on command and walks quite nicely on the leash. She seems to like other dogs who come to our pens gate, bowing to some or just wagging her tail. Belle is a tiny girl, still a puppy who deserves so much better than to pursue a breeding career.
