Позиция: Ответственный сотрудник по ПОД/ФТ (Compliance) Компания: Leading investment company Место работы: Москва RESPONSIBILITIES: Development and maintenance of functions related to implementation of International compliance standards in the respect of the following compliance risk areas: AML/TF; Marketing, sales and trading conduct; Conflicts of interest, insider trading and market manipulation; Gifts, entertainment and anti-bribery regulations; Outside positions of the Company’s employees; Market abuse and personal insider trading; Personal conflicts of interest. FUNCTIONS: To act as MLRO; To perform monitoring activities in respect of the areas where the abovementioned compliance risks are identified; To consult internal clients on the issues related to the abovementioned compliance risks; To develop and update internal policies and procedures; To provide regular reports to the management; To check conflicts of interests (including personal); To organize education for the employees on the abovementioned topics in order to raise the awareness about compliance function, the main compliance risks and mitigation measures which should be applied to minimize these risks. REQUIREMENTS: Higher education; Basic knowledge of international and Russian legislation on financial markets; Practical experience (2 years and more) in AML/internal control/compliance function within a financial institution; Intermediate skills in English; Advanced PC user; Hard working, team player, good communicational skills.
