الوظيفة : INTERNAL AUDIT DIRECTOR الراتب / الأجر : في المقابلة مكان العمل : ابوظبى ،الأمارات تفاصيل الوظيفة : Company Profile: A large UAE based Energy Company focusing on delivering safe, clean and efficient nuclear energy to the region is currently seeking an Internal Audit Director who has extensive experience in evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations in the company, including risk management, internal controls and governance process. Develop and monitor the internal audit strategy plans and activities including risk management, internal controls and corporate governance & integrity of reporting of financial information to enable a thorough audit by auditor Establish and oversee Internal Audit departmental strategies and plans, such as activities, budget and expenditures, organization, resources and team performance as well as professional development. Manage and monitor the implementation progress of the annual Internal Audit Work Plan and recommend changes to the plan, if required Approve internal audit reports, audit opinions and issue periodic reports summarizing results of audit activities Liaise with external audits for the auditing activities including government statutory Financial Auditors. Maintain regular communication with the Senior Management for discussing corporate risks, audit scope, findings, recommendations and status of implementation of agreed actions Review and recommend to the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee department budget and monitor financial performance against the budget.
