الوظيفة : IT Manager الراتب / الأجر : في المقابلة مكان العمل :القاهرة ،مصر تفاصيل الوظيفة : • Separate the responsibilities of each IT unit. • Enforce management rules and help drive the department towards the agreed objectives. • Measure and maintain all systems operational and ensure agreed up time. • Applying new – easier – solutions for the end-user. •Monitoring the overall performance of the all teams. • Handel Escalations from all the departments. • Team Motivation. • Making sure that all the team is following the HR polices. • Drive upgrade and Design discussion and select vendors. • Developing and investing in the IT members in order to make them highly qualified and motivated to manage their roles in a professional and neat way, plus hiring qualified personnel for IT department. • Managing IT budgets and keeping expenditure records and maintain good relations with hardware and software vendors. • Maintaining healthy communication channels between the IT department and other departments and supervise an overall accepted image for the IT department. • Monitoring reporting and maintaining security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines and equipment of Centro. • Develop, review and certify all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans. • Make sure all teams are operating with qualified resources. • Approving time permission – Vacation request. • Tracking attendance on HR system. • Make deals with vendors to ensure optimal uptime and security measurement in place. • Interviewing, training and hiring new members. • Knowledge transfer reports from all the departments’ heads. • Following up on tasks and responsibilities of the all team. • Suggesting new solutions that will increase end user productivity. • Receiving and analyses reports from all the department. • Communicate with management and keeping them informed with all important updates. • Receiving escalation from internal departments of IT or any department outside the IT department – handle it and report it to the IT director. • Motivate the team by spiffs – top performers reports and team meetings outside the company. المهارات : Experience 8-10 years leading an IT Team, working in the core network of one of the major operators or call centers in the market • Bachelor degree in engineering or computer science from Cairo or Ain shams universities • Extensive experience working with VoIP technology and the different call center platforms in the market (Cisco/Avaya) • Supervised and managed implementation of Cisco or Avaya platforms in his company and worked with them for over 3 years • CCNP or CCIE certified • Experience in managing VLANs and inter VLAN routing • Experience in building and running DR sites remotely • Capable to set and track Metrics and Key Performance Indicators • Excellent organizational skills • Strong leadership and decision making skills • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Understanding of complex information and requirements • Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans • Great IT skills combined with a good head for business • Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms • An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints • Great knowledge and good connections with leading IT vendors in the market الإيميل : wazefa100@gmail
