Managing Tendering and Sales team Unicom Group Services Develop appropriate strategies to grow the Service business in the MENA market in a profitable manner while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Leads the strategies for the development of The Group product services to address market needs. Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitor activity. Develops and recommends product pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share. Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives and goals are met. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive Monitors competitor services and marketing activities Establishes and maintains relationships with industry members and key community and strategic partners Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product concepts, and provides feedback for future product development. Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to management. Establishes and maintains a consistent image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events. Promotes corporate image and name recognition at trade shows, seminars, and industry events. Be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring The Commercial Team Communicates with customers and potential customers to ensure future business. ============================ الوظيفة : Local Business Unit Manager الراتب / الأجر : في المقابلة مكان العمل : القاهرة ،مصر تفاصيل الوظيفة : ABB OrganizationDevelop local strategies and business plans, aligned with Local BU strategy, targets and approaches to prioritized channels and customers segments. Liaise with the supply chain including internal factories for support and issue resolution. Develop the workshop network strategy to support customers and their business in the regions. Management of budget, forecast and target on an on-going basis.
