Ensure accurate and thorough code documentation of the developed tasks.3. Define, recommend and implement SW alternatives and solutions to achieve a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.4. Explore different technical topics and tools to assess and explore the feasibility of given requirements.5. Test developed code and ensure stability on the unit level and when integrated with other modules.6. Provide analysis and design, and participate in installation evaluation and improvement.7. Lead and provide advice, guidance and training to less senior professionals.8. Ensure self-development and keep updated with the latest technology trends and progress.9. Comply with the Co. policies regarding security of information, safety, quality standards and business conduct standards.10. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager or supervisor.11. Design, Development and customization of new and existing SharePoint 2010/2013 applications 12. Implement provided SharePoint master pages, views, templates, workflows, web parts, InfoPath and custom forms, and other custom components.13. Validate SharePoint site topologies, customize user interfaces, and create branding features. المهارات : 1. 6 years development experience with designing and developing .NET & SharePoint 2010/2013 projects 2. Leadership and strong team working skills 3. Experience in deploying, configuring and customizing SharePoint 2010/2013 4. Experience with object oriented analysis/design 5. Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and unit testing 6. Experience with LINQ and Entity Framework 7. Experience using Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum 8. Experience in full lifecycle development, preferably on large projects 9. Experience securing and optimizing applications 10. Experience with relational databases including SQL Server (2008+) 11. Must have strong experience working with JQuery and CSS 12. Experience in developing and deploying custom web services to SharePoint environments 13. As a strong senior .NET and SharePoint developer & administrator, we expect the candidate to know when to adopt strict adherence to SDLC over Rapid development and expect to have experience in deciding when to use Staging / Test environments versus production. SharePoint development, configuration and administration disciplines supports advanced solution delivery strategies. We expect senior candidates to have strong experience in this area. 14. Experience in branding / developing custom solution. 15. Experience in developing and deploying custom workflow activities in SharePoint designer and Visual Studio in SharePoint 2010/2013. 16.
