تعلن شركة المواهب الاردنيه للتوظيف عن توفر فرصة العمل التاليه في شركة امريكيه في العراق Job opportunity at American company in Iraq Position : Commercial Manager (ASC+CI Team Leader) Overview The Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading the company (ASC+CI) team in the administration of the Babil Governorate Contract. This includes the management and administration various contract and commercial matters, including cost and commercial management, contract management in addition to procurement strategy, pre-qualification and tender administration. Knowing that the clients management is crucial to this position, he will be the focal point of contact with Client for commercial and contractual matters; leading and monitoring projects commercial unit to achieve acquired contract targets, in addition to meeting ASC+CI. Essential Functions The essential functions of the Commercial Manager are as follows: Develop strong working relationships and understanding with project stakeholders, anticipate and take necessary actions to control areas of conflicts that can affect ASC+CI’s services delivery and reputation. Establish, manage and develop ASC+CI contract administration unit and ensure the deployment of necessary, adequate resources and tools for the successful delivery of the project within established budgets and contractual timeframes. Act as a role model for commercial staff and provide necessary coaching, development, and high-level support to the commercial teams as required. Manage contract formation and administration in compliance with Client requirements in a timely manner. Overview contract administration activities to ensure that all projects are executed within the bounds of contracts and that the processes and procedures used are being performed as expected and necessary improvement recommendations. Oversee cost and schedule reporting of all projects. Monitor, manage and report on the Client portfolio commercial aspects and propose mitigating actions at the earliest opportunity. Develop procurement strategies in line with project specifics and circumstances to ensure adherence to Client expectations and applicable procurement good practices. Provide proactive specialist expertise and advise on all project changes including those changes applicable to scope; recommend or authorize appropriate actions within delegated authority. Administer tender and pre-qualification exercises and lead negotiations under existing contract/framework agreements. Monitor all portfolio potential early warnings and recommend mitigating actions on all commercial risk/claim events at the earliest possible. Hold meetings with ASC+CI project commercial team. Contribute to the development, communication and promotion of ASC+CI vision, mission and values. Provide leadership to contract document interpretation Provide & lead strategies in consultants and contractors prequalification, evaluation and performance review. On the job training and mentoring of Client personnel is required. Minimum Requirements At least 15 to 20 years experience in commercial management and contract administration acquired from reputable contracting company and/or consultancy Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law Construction Management, Project Management. Masters degree in Project Management or Business Administration considered as an advantage. The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MRICS (Member Royal Institute of Chartered surveyors) or equivalent considered an advantage Certified Cost Consultant by AACE considered an advantage PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) considered an advantage Housing, Transport, Security: While stationed in Iraq staff are provided secure housing accommodation, food, internet, laundry, television and transportation.
