خلى بالك يا دكتور ........ وانت بتطلع ادويه البرد التى تحتوى على pseudoephedrine and ephedrine لازم تاخد بحذر شديد جداا ويفضل منع استخدامها مع مرضى : * diabetes *heart disease *hypertension *hyperthyroidism تعالى اقولك ليه ؟؟؟!!! علشان دول عبارة عن sympathomimetic ودة effective in reducing nasal congestion as decongestant يبقى ف : 1-heart disease : cause stimulation of the heart . 2- hypertension : cause increase in blood pressure . 3-Diabetes : may affect diabetic control as increase blood glucose level . 4-hyperthyroidism : the hearts of hyperthyroid patients are more vulnerable to irregularity …….so stimulatin of the heart is particularly undesirable . يبقى الحل ف الحالات دى ان : for oral decongestant : prevented …….as most likely to cause these unwanted effects .. for nasal decongestant : use of inalation or Saline Nasal dps . ................................................................... as all inhalers used in ttt of common cold ..........contain sodium bicarbonate (pure salt ).....and sodium chloride ...... so , not interact with these diseases ..also, they widely used in chronic nasal disease , pregnancy and lactation ..... .as one sachet in 50 ml warm water ...2-3 times daily Dr.Elhusseiny Wageh
