دروس من الحج – Lessons from Hajj: 1) المساواة – Equality: الناس بجميع الأجناس تطوف حول الكعبة: فمنها الأبيض والأسود والعربي والأعجمي كلهم سواسية عند الله سبحانه وتعالى، يرجون ربا واحدا، ويتجهون إلى قبلة واحدة، ويتبعون نبيا واحدا، لا فرق بينهم إلا بالتقوى والعمل الصالح. يقف الرئيس بجانب المرؤوس، والغني بجانب الفقير، والقوي بجانب الضعيف. ((إن هذه أمتكم أمة واحدة))، ((إن أكرمكم عند الله أتقاكم)). هكذا ربى الإسلام صحابة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. أبو بكر العربي وبلال الحبشي وصهيب الرومي وسلمان الفارسي كلهم إخوة في الله عز وجل. All the people from all the races make Tawaaf around the Ka’bah: From them is the white, the black, the Arab, and the non-‘Arab, all of them are equal in the side of Allah. They ask the same God, Allah, and they face the same Qiblah, and they follow the same Prophet. There is no difference between them except by Taqwa and good deeds. The rich stands next to the poor, and the strong stands next to the weak, and all of them are the same. Allah says, ((إن هذه أمتكم أمة واحدة)), “Indeed, this Ummah is one Ummah, one nation.” ((إن أكرمكم عند الله أتقاكم)), “The best among you is the one who has Taqwa.” This is how Islam raised the Sahabah of the Prophet. Abu Bakr from Arabia, Bilal from Habasha (Ethiopia), Suhaib from Romania, and Salman from Persia (Faaris) all of them are brothers in Islam.
