We are pleased to announce a job vacancy –Accountant as below: Accountant Description: Responsible for the general accounting function including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules , auditing and ledgers and account and bank reconciliations. Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis. Successful in meeting objectives and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: · Perform monthly reconciliations, assist in the preparation and analytical review of the monthly financial statements; assist in the month end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring transactions are in accordance with GAAP and internal policies and procedures are followed and communicate exceptions to management · The Accountant will support various aspects of finance and accounting for the company · General accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, intercompany transactions, account reconciliations and accruals · work as a team with in standardizing practices and procedures; analyze and interpret statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, trends and other matters impacting the effectiveness of the operations · Accountant will need to be effective and experienced in the general accounting function · Requires solid accounting experience combined with strong analytical skills · Strong problem solving skills, work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail, decision making skills, and ability to work with others · Support various aspects of the financial cycle including, but not limited to, assisting in various audits, and monitoring various metrics of the business to aide in daily operational decision Qualifications: · Accountant with proven track record of academic and professional excellence · Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting · 1-2 Minimum years of related Accountant experience · Demonstrated skills and experience in managing goals through collaboration and teamwork · Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required · Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required - ability to create formulas · Excellent mathematical and computational skills · Ability to apply strong problem solving techniques · Experienced and skilled in reconciliations Job Snapshot Salary: Not Specified Employment Type: Full-Time Job Type: Accounting, Finance Education: 4 Year Degree Manages Others: No Please send us your CV indicating Job Title at subject line to: Farms4free@gmail Closing date : 15-Sep-2013
