موضوع المحاضرة (باللغة الانكليزية) وتليها خطبة الجمعة (بالعربية): مسجد كامبل تاون.. ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُم بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ ﴿ الروم ٤١﴾ Corruption has appeared throughout the land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned so He may let them taste part of [the consequence of] what they have done that perhaps they will return [to righteousness]. (Ar Room: (30:41) المعاصي والآثام هي مصدر الفساد.. وهي سبب الشقاء في الأرض Disobedience and sin is the source of fasaad/corruption..and the cause of misery and suffer الله تعالى أنزل وصفة السعادة والفلاح.. من أهمل الوصفة وخالف الإرشادات التي تؤدي إلى السعادة، فليستعد لمواجهة النتائج.. (بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُم بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ) النقص في الخبرات والإخفاق في تحصيل النجاح والطمأنينة بسبب المعاصي.. { ولا تطيعوا أمر المسرفين الذين يفسدون في الأرض ولا يصلحون} And obey not the bidding of those who exceed the bounds, who transgress and create disorder in the earth. if we exceed the bounds and wast resources, then we will suffer or cause disorder and make damage to the world we live in. And because we are wasting and consuming too much we are contributing to the increase in natural disasters, and we are facing the effects of pollution, desertification, and water scarcity in some parts of the world and floods and violent storms elsewhere. إِنَّ الْمُبَذِّرِينَ كَانُوا إِخْوَانَ الشَّيَاطِينِ ۖ وَكَانَ الشَّيْطَانُ لِرَبِّهِ كَفُورًا Verily spendthrifts are brothers of the Evil Ones; and the Evil One is to his Lord (himself) ungrateful. Many of us do not realize the damage that over consumption and wastefulness can do, not only to our health and wealth, but also to the environment and the world we live in. قال تعالى: {وَإِذَا تَوَلَّى سَعَى فِي الأَرْضِ لِيُفْسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهْلِكَ الحَرْثَ وَالنَّسْلَ وَاللَّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الفَسَادَ }، وقال تعالى: {وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لاَ تُفْسِدُوا فِي الأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ} ، {أَلاَ إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ المُفْسِدُونَ وَلَكِن لاَّ يَشْعُرُونَ}،
