कांग्रेस और भाजपा को दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट का निर्णायक नोटिस ----------------- दिल्ली उच्च न्यायलय ने एक याचिका कि सुनवाई करते हुए गृह मंत्रालय को नोटिस जारी किआ है, जिसमे उन्हें ब्रिटेन के "वेदांत ग्रुप" से अवैध तरीके से चंदा लेने पर जवाब देना है. इस याचिका में मांग कि गयी है कि भाजपा और कांग्रेस विदेशी समूह "वेंदंत ग्रुप" से चंदा ले रहे है जिसकी SIT या CBI द्वारा जांच होनी चाहिए [1]. आपको बता दें कि ये नोटिस दिल्ली उच्च न्यायलय ने इन दोनों पार्टियों को फ़रवरी में भेजा था मगर किसी भी पार्टी ने इसका जबाब नहीं दिया [2]. ----------------- The Delhi High Court Tuesday gave the "final opportunity" to the home ministry to file its response on a plea seeking a directive for a CBI or SIT probe into the Congress or the BJP allegedly taking donations from subsidiaries of the Britain-based Vedanta Group. The Delhi High Court, firstly issued the notice to both BJP and Congress in February 2013, but no party has give the reply for the notice.
