கட்டார் : புதிய விசா நடைமுறைகள் !! யாறெல்லாம் விசா பெறத்தேவையில்லை என்ற அறிவுறுத்தல்கள் ! கத்தார் அரசு, புதிய விசா நடைமுறையை அறிவித்துள்ளது. இந்த புதிய நடைமுறையில், 188 பிரிவுகளில் தகுதி பெற்றவர்கள் கத்தார் வருவதற்கு முன்கூட்டியே விசா எடுக்க தேவையில்லை. GCC நாடுகளில் வசிப்பவர்கள் (அந்த நாடுகளின் பிரஜைகளாக இருக்க தேவையில்லை) தோஹா விமான நிலையத்தில் வந்து இறங்கும்போதே விசா வழங்கப்படும். GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) கூட்டமைப்பில் மொத்தம் 6 நாடுகள் உள்ளன. பஹ்ரெயின், குவைத், ஓமான், கத்தார், சவுதி மற்றும் ஐக்கிய அரபு அமீரகம் ஆகிய நாடுகளே அவை. இந்த நாடுகளில் வசிப்பவர்கள், அந்தந்த நாடுகளில் வசிப்பதற்கான residency permit வைத்திருந்தால், அத்துடன், கத்தார் அரசால் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ள 188 பிரிவுகளில் தகுதி பெற்றிருந்தால், தோஹா விமான நிலையத்தில் விசாவை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். தோஹா விமான நிலையத்தில் வந்து இறங்கியவுடன், 1 மாத விசா வழங்கப்படும் (கட்டணம் QR100) அதன்பின், 3 மாதங்களுக்கு விசாவை நீடிக்க முடியும். இதற்கு பயணியின் GCC residency permit 6 மாதங்களுக்கு செல்லுபடியாகும் விதத்தில் இருக்க வேண்டும். அத்துடன், பயணியின் சொந்த நாட்டு பாஸ்போர்ட்டும் 6 மாதங்களுக்கு செல்லுபடியாகும் விதத்தில் இருக்க வேண்டும். அதாவது, இந்திய பாஸ்போர்ட் வைத்துள்ள ஒருவர், மேலே குறிப்பிடப்பட்ட 6 நாடுகளில் ஏதாவது ஒன்றில் வசிப்பதற்கான ஆவணங்கள் வைத்திருந்தால், விமான நிலையத்தில் விசா கிடைக்கும். டாக்டர்கள், இஞ்சினியர்கள், வர்த்தகர்கள் மட்டுமன்றி, செய்தியாளர்கள், வங்கியாளர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள், வக்கீல்கள் என பலதரப்பட்ட ஃபீல்டுகளில் உள்ளவர்களும் கத்தார் அரசு வெளியிட்டுள்ள பட்டியலில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டு உள்ளார்கள். கீழே விவரங்கள் : Qatar’s Ministry of Interior has published a revised list of 188 categories of professionals who can get visa on arrival at Doha International Airport, and are GCC residents.
