ചുംബന സമരം ഫസ്സിസ്റ്റ് വിരുദ്ധമാക്കുനതെങ്ങിനെ...? I had an interesting discussion with Kiss of Love team. (Link is given below) I asked their opinion on doing ലൈംഗികമായ ചുംബനം in Public place. So my next question was: Bijoy Franco അതായത് നിങ്ങളുടെ വാദം രണ്ടുപേർക്ക് ചുംബിക്കാൻ പൊതു ഇടത്തിലും സാധിക്കണം, ലൈംഗികമായതായാലും അല്ലെങ്കിലും. ശരി. അതുകൊണ്ടുകൂടിയാണ് നിങ്ങളുടെ സമര രീതി ചുംബനമായത്. അല്ലെ...? അതായത് നിങ്ങളുടെ ആവശ്യം പൊതുജനങ്ങളുടെ സദാചാരബോധം ഉടച്ചു വാർക്കണം എന്നതാണ് അല്ലെ...? അപ്പോൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ സമരം എങ്ങിനെയാണ് ഫാസിസത്തിനെതിരെയാകുന്നത്...? പൊതു ജനങ്ങളുടെ സദാചാരബോധത്തിനെതിരെയല്ലേ നിങ്ങളുടെ സമരം...? Kiss Of Love But they choose to not to reply to my question. I believe, they have already traveled the road known to them. Treading any mile beyond will make them landed up in an completely unknown world to them. So they choose to not to respond to me. In my opinion, They are bunch of anarchic people, who wanted to quarrel with moral consciousness of kerala, Nothing more... They are sincere to their protest. Hence they choose kissing in public place to be their mode of protest. No other mode of protest will make their demand more vivid. Hence their choice was correct. But the real issue lies somewhere else. It is the outsiders push words into these groups mouth. It is the staunch anti-communist, Civics team first coined the slogan ചുംബിലാബ് സിന്ദാബാദ് . Similarly, it is the so called social media bujis seen possibility of building anti-fascist movement in their protest. While, the protesters real intent was to just shock keralas moral consciousness and change it as they wanted. Some one with clear sense, Pls enlighten us: How do you draw any anti- fascist movement from this protest. But with one condition: Pls dont come up with argument like Look, we dont know the future. But we, left, should take up any movement against fascism. So that it will grow further. History demand this from us, etc.... Those who raise this argument will even join any charismatic group offering anti-fascist charismatic convention....:-) Because they dont know the future. So they just jump into anything which gives them relaxation to their mental grief. Recently some priests offered prayer to stabilize price of rubber...:-) Left assess current situation closely and make policies accordingly. Lefts argument that neoliberal globalization will ruin india became prophetic statement and came true. But Astrologers also make similar prophetic statement that Year 2014 will be bad for India, etc.. The difference is that left does it by closely studying the situation placing history at the center. People seeing anti-fascist content in this protest have more resemblence with the astrologers, not with left. Since the beginning of KOL protest, the opposition to their mode of protest and hence to their protest itself is only strengthening.Leave aside building any anti-fascist movement, They fail miserably to get traction from left. Their only saviors are ചുംബിലാബ് സിന്ദാബാദ് team. I am almost tempted to make prophetic statement that Kiss of love protest will eventually loose direction and fail miserably. But i resist from it, Let time tell us the rest. Pls enlighten us: How do you draw any anti-fascist movement from this protest. Let us remind once again that സാമൂഹ്യ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇടതുപക്ഷം പരിഹാരം തേടുനത് കവടി നിരത്തിയല്ല . Arguments like labeling those who raise criticism as Moral police and like generations of Pinarayi and Kodiyeri dont understand the anti-patriarchy content of new generation does only deserve sympathy, not discussion. Social media bujis intolerance, Sarcasm & feelings like I will go and suicide if you dont accept my opinion are not going to make any desired result as I am so naive to understand all these.
