မေန႕က တည္းျဖစ္ခဲ့တဲ့ သတင္းေလးတစ္ပုဒ္ပါ :) Myanmar to build three weather stations with Japanese aid Myanmar will start building three weather radar stations in Kyaukphyu, Yangon and Mandalay to be completed by 2017 with Japanese aid worth US$ 38.7 million (Ks 37.65 billion), according to the Meteorology and Hydrology Department (MHD). The first radar station will be built in Kyaukphyu, Rakhine State, in December. The second and third will be built in Yangon and Mandalay, respectively. To build such stations, Myanmar has so far received more than four billion Yen (Ks 38.9 billion) —3.84 billion Yen for the first phase and 200 million Yen for the second phase. The memorandum of understanding between the two countries was signed on October 25. “According to the MoU, we are now doing what our side has to do. The construction of Kyaukphyu station will start in December. Japanese technicians will be arriving in February,” said Chit Kyaw, a director of the MHD. Construction of the radar station in Yangon will begin when the Kyaukphyu station is half-completed.
