လူ႔ေဘာင္သစ္ဒီမုိကရက္တစ္ပါတီတုိ႔မွ ကုိယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား၊ မင္းကုိႏုိင္ ဦးေဆာင္ေသာ ၈၈မ်ိဳးဆက္(ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏွင့္ ပြင့္လင္းလူ႔အဖြဲ႔အစည္း)တိုု႔ ေတြ႔ဆုံၾကရာမွ ႏုိင္ငံတကာႏွင့္ နယ္ပယ္အသီးသီးတြင္ ျပန္႔က်ဲ ေနေသာ ရွစ္ေလးလံုုး ဒီမိုုကေရစီအေရးေတာ္ပုံ အင္အားစုမ်ား၏ ႏုိင္ငံေရးေဆြးေႏြးညွိႏႈိင္းပြဲတစ္ရပ္ က်င္းပရန္၊ ျပည္တြင္းၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏွင့္ အမ်ိဳးသားျပန္လည္သင့္ျမတ္ေရးအတြက္ ပုိမုိက်ယ္ျပန္႔ေသာ ႏုိင္ငံေရးေတြ႔ဆုံေဆြးေႏြးမႈတစ္ရပ္က်င္းပရန္ ပထမအႀကိမ္ စတင္ေဆြးေႏြး ျဖစ္ခဲ့ၾကသည္။ ထိုု႔ေနာက္ ၂၀၁၃ခုုႏွစ္၊ ေမလ၊ (၂၃)ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ရန္ကုုန္ၿမိဳ႕၊ သဃၤန္းကၽြန္းၿမိဳ႕နယ္၊ ၈၈မ်ဳိးဆက္ (ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏွင့္ ပြင့္လင္း လူ႔အဖြဲ႔အစည္း)႐ံုုး၌ အဆိုုပါ (၃)ဖြဲ႔တိုု႔ ဒုုတိယအႀကိမ္ ထပ္မံေတြ႔ဆံုုခဲ့ၾကၿပီး အနာဂတ္ျမန္မာနိုင္ငံေတာ္၏ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏွင့္ စစ္မွန္ေသာ အမ်ိဳးသားျပန္လည္သင့္ျမတ္ေရးတိုု႔အတြက္ ျပည္တြင္း၊ ျပည္ပမွ တိုင္းရင္းသား ညီအစ္ကို၊ ေမာင္ႏွမမ်ား၊ ဒီမိုကေရစီ အင္အားစုမ်ား အားလံုး စုစည္းညီညြတ္စြာျဖင့္ ၂၀၁၃ခုႏွစ္၊ ၾသဂုတ္လ(၈)ရက္တြင္ က်ေရာက္မည့္ ရွစ္ေလးလံုး ဒီမုိကေရစီအေရးေတာ္ပံု ေငြရတု အခမ္းအနားတြင္ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးႏိုင္ေရး စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ၾကရန္ႏွင့္ အဆိုပါ အခမ္းအနားႀကီးတြင္္ ျပည္တြင္းျပည္ပမွ ရွစ္ေလးလံုုး ဒီမိုုကေရစီ မ်ဳိးဆက္မ်ား၊ တုိင္းရင္းသားညီအစ္ကို၊ ေမာင္ႏွမ၊ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားအားလံုး၊ တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ၾကသည္။ အဆိုုပါအႀကိဳ ညွိႏိူင္း အစည္းအေဝးတြင္ ရွစ္ေလးလံုးဒီမိုကေရစီအေရးေတာ္ပံု ေငြရတုအခမ္းအနား က်င္းပေရးေကာ္မတီအား ၁၉၈၈ခုႏွစ္ ဒီမိုကေရစီ အေရးေတာ္ပံုႀကီးမွ အစျပဳ၍ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံဒီမိုကေရစီအေရး၊ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံတည္ေဆာက္ေရးတို႔တြင္ ယေန႔အထိ တက္ၾကြစြာ ပါဝင္ခဲ့ၾကေသာ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ား၊ လူပုဂၢိဳလ္မ်ားအားလံုး က်ယ္ျပန္႔စြာ ပါဝင္ေသာ ေငြရတုုအခမ္းအနား က်င္းပေရးေကာ္မတီအား ယာယီ ဖဲြ႔စည္းခဲ့ၾကသည္။ ထိုု႔ေနာက္ ၂၀၁၃ခုုႏွစ္၊ ၾသဂုုတ္လ၊ ၈ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ က်ေရာက္ေသာ ရွစ္ေလးလံုုး ဒီမိုုကေရစီ အေရးေတာ္ပံု၏ ၂၅ႏွစ္ျပည့္ ေငြရတုု အခမ္းအနားႀကီးအား ႏိုုင္ငံေရးအႏွစ္သာရ ျပည္ဝစြာ က်န္းပႏိုုင္ရန္ “ ရွစ္ေလးလံုုးေငြရတုုမွသည္ ျမန္မာႏိုုင္ငံၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏွင့္ စစ္မွန္ေသာ အမ်ဳိးသားျပန္လည္သင္ျမတ္ေရးဆီသိုု႔ ” ဦးတည္ရည္မွန္း၍ ၾသဂုုတ္လ ၆/ ၇/ ၈ ရက္ေန႔မ်ားတြင္ က်င္းပမည့္ ေငြရတု အခမ္းအနားႏွင့္ ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးပြဲမ်ားကိုု ေအာက္ပါ အေၾကာင္းအရာ(၆)ခုုျဖင့္ စာတမ္းမ်ား တင္သြင္းေဆြးေႏြးၾကရန္ မူဝါဒခ်မွတ္ ခဲ့ၾကသည္။ (၁) အပစ္အခတ္ရပ္စဲေရးႏွင့္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ (၂) လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္ ဒီမုိကေရစီျဖစ္ေပၚတုိးတက္မူ (၃) အနာဂတ္ျပည္ေထာင္စု (၄) စစ္မွန္ေသာအမ်ိဳးသား ျပန္လည္သင့္ျမတ္ေရး (၅) ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္တည္ေဆာက္ေရးႏွင့္ ရွစ္ေလးလံုး ဒီမိုကေရစီ အင္အားစုမ်ား၏ အခန္းက႑ (၆) တုိင္းျပည္ျပန္လည္တည္ေဆာက္ေရးႏွင့္ ဖြ႔ံၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရး ထိုအေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ားကို ေငြရတုအခမ္းအနားက်င္းပမည့္ ၃ရက္အတြင္း စနစ္တက် ေဆြးေႏြးႏိုင္ရန္ အတြက္ ပင္မ အစည္းအေဝးႀကီးႏွင့္ တြဲဖက္အစည္းအေဝးမ်ားကို ျပဳလုပ္ သြားရန္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ေဖာ္ျပပါ အေၾကာင္းအရာ ၆ခုကို တြဲဖက္အစည္းအေဝး ၆ခုျဖစ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ ထိုတြဲဖက္အစည္းအေဝးမ်ားမွ ေဆြးေႏြး ရရွိခ်က္မ်ားကို ပင္မအစည္းအေဝးႀကီးမွ အတည္ျပဳသြားရန္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ အထက္ေဖာ္ျပပါ ေခါင္းစဥ္မ်ားျဖင့္ တင္သြင္းလိုသည့္ စာတမ္းမ်ားရွိပါက ဇူလိုင္လ ၁၀ရက္ ထက္ေနာက္မက်ေစဘဲ ေပးပို႔ပါရန္ အဆိုုပါ အစည္းအေဝးမွ အဆိုျပဳခဲ့ၾကပါသည္။ ရွစ္ေလးလံုး ဒီမိုကေရစီ အေရးေတာ္ပံု ေငြရတု အခမ္းအနား က်င္းပေရး ဒုတိယအၾကိမ္ အဖြဲ႔ေပါင္းစံု အစည္းအေဝးကုိ ေမလ၊ ၃၀ ရက္ မြန္းလြဲ ၂း၀၀ နာရီမွ ညေန ၄း၀၀နာရီထိ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕ရွိ ၈၈မ်ိဳးဆက္ (ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏွင့္ပြင့္လင္းလူ႔အဖြဲ႔အစည္း)ရုံး၌ က်င္းပခဲ့သည္။ အဆုိပါ အစည္းအေဝးတြင္ တက္ေရာက္သူမ်ားက ေငြရတုအခမ္းအနားက်င္းပေရး လုပ္ငန္းေကာ္မတီအား ၁၅ဦးျဖင့္ စတင္ဖြဲ႔စည္း၍ လိုအပ္လွ်င္ တိုးခ်ဲ႕ဖြဲ႔စည္းရန္ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ့ဲၾကသည္။ ထိုု႔အျပင္ အခမ္းအနားျဖစ္ေျမာက္ေရး ဆပ္ေကာ္မတီ (၁၀)ခုုအား ေအာက္ပါအတုိင္း ဖြဲ႔စည္းခဲ့ၾကသည္။ (၁) ဖိတ္ၾကားေရး ဆပ္ေကာ္မတီ (၂) သတင္းႏွင့္ ျပန္ၾကားေရး ဆပ္ေကာ္မတီ (၃) ဧည့္ခံၾကိဳဆိုေရးႏွင့္ ေနရာခ်ထားေရး ဆပ္ေကာ္မတီ (၄) လံုျခံဳေရးႏွင့္ စည္းကမ္းထိမ္းသိမ္းေရး ဆပ္ေကာ္မတီ (၅) အခမ္းအနား ျပင္ဆင္ေရး ဆပ္ေကာ္မတီ (၆) ရန္ပံုေငြ ရွာေဖြေရးႏွင့္ ဘ႑ာေရး ဆပ္ေကာ္မတီ (၇) အခမ္းအနားအစီအစဥ္ ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေရး ဆပ္ေကာ္မတီ (၈) ႏိုင္ငံတကာဆက္ဆံေရး ဆပ္ေကာ္မတီ (၉) မွတ္တမ္း၊ ျပခန္းႏွင့္ သုေတသန ဆပ္ေကာ္မတီ (၁၀) ေငြရတုအထိမ္းအမွတ္ ပံုႏွိပ္ထုတ္ေဝေရး ဆပ္ေကာ္မတီ (၂၅)ႏွစ္တာ ကာလကိုုျဖတ္သန္းခဲ့ၿပီး ေငြရတုသိုု႔တိုုင္ခဲ့ေလၿပီ။ ရွစ္ေလးလံုး ဒီမိုကေရစီအေရးေတာ္ပံုႀကီးတြင္ ေနရာေဒသ အသီးသီး၊ က႑ အသီးသီးတြင္ ပံုသ႑န္အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးျဖင့္ ပါဝင္လႈပ္ရွားခဲ့ၾကသည့္ ညီအစ္ကို ေမာင္ႏွမအေပါင္းတုိ႔သည္ ယေန႔အခ်ိန္ထိ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကို ဒီမိုကေရစီႏိုင္ငံအျဖစ္ တည္ေဆာက္လုိသည့္ ရွစ္ေလးလံုး ဒီမိုကေရစီေရးစိတ္ဓါတ္တို႔ ရွင္သန္ဆဲပင္။ မ်က္ေမွာက္ ျမန္မာႏိုုင္ငံတြင္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏွင့္ စစ္မွန္ေသာအမ်ိဳးသားျပန္လည္သင့္ျမတ္ေရးတိုု႔ တည္ေဆာက္ႏိုုင္ေရးအတြက္ ရွစ္ေလးလံုုး ဒီမိုုကေရစီ အေရးေတာ္ပံုု ေငြရတုအခမ္းအနားႀကီးကိုု တိုုင္းရင္းသားညီအစ္ကို၊ ေမာင္ႏွမမ်ားအားလံုုး စုုစည္းညီညြတ္မႈျဖင့္ ေအာင္ျမင္စြာ ဆင္ႏႊဲ က်င္းပႏိုုင္ေရးပင္ ျဖစ္ေပေတာ့သည္။ ။ An initiative meeting of discussion amongst the mission of ABSDF led by Ko Than Khei during their short visit back home, representatives of DPNS led by Ko Ngwe Lin and 88 generation (Peace and Open Society) led by Min Ko Naing on 21 December 2012 was held together very first time in Yangon. They all presumed that with the forces of 88 generation activists who are now spreading around the world, working in various different sectors, a general convention has to be commemorated for peace restoration process against civil war and national reconciliation as a nationwide political dialogue platform. Then as the second time meeting, on 23 May 2013, these three groups met again together at 88 generation (Peace and Open Society) office in Yangon. In this time, they all made a joint offering to all nationalities of Myanmar and Myanma democratic forces home and abroad as 8888 Silver Jubilee ceremony should be commemorated coming 8th August 2013. The preparation meeting for celebrating 8888 Silver Jubilee was commenced on 28 May at 88 generation (Peace and Open Society) office in Yangon. Representatives from 20 organizations and groups such as (1) Former Political Prisoners group (2) All Burma Student Union (3) League of all student unions (4) Student Union of Yangon University reconstruction committee (5) DPNS (6) University Student Union (7) Engineer Network (8) DPNS (home) (9) June Activists group (10) Myanmar Youth Organization (11) Metta Campaign (12) 88 RC2 Union (13) Generation Wave (14) ABSDF (15) 141 Plus (16) Myanmar Institute for Democracy (MID) (17) The forces from 1974/75/76 (18) League of political prisoners (19) Civil Society of Myanmar (20) 88 generation (Peace and Open Society) and many individuals from different sectors , altogether more than 60 persons attended the meeting. Then a working committee (Temporary) formed with 20 prominent activists from the different organizations and individuals was approved for further action to be taken to accelerate and initiate commencing a grand convention of 8888 Silver Jubilee. This meeting also was able to make some guidelines, agendas and policy for Silver Jubilee to be more meaningful and effective. The grand Silver Jubilee Convention will be commenced on 6, 7 and 8 August of 2013 as a three days long grand meeting with sub-discussion groups with specialize agenda. And altogether 6 agendas for the sub-discussions were approved such as 1. Ceasefire and Peace Process of Myanmar 2. Human right and progressive democratic reform 3. Future Union 4. True National Reconciliation 5. The duties of 88 democratic movement activists in State building 6. Nation development and restoration Alongside with main thematic meeting, there will be six different sub-discussion groups meetings will also be held at the same time within 6, 7 and 8 of August 2013. The result and conclusion of those sub-discussion groups will be read out and presented in main thematic meeting and thematic grand meeting will make approval after discussion amongst all attendees and with their will. If so, whoever wants to propose their own paper to be discussed in sub-discussion group meeting regarding above mentioned six agenda, they have to send it working committee not later than 10 of July 2013, by the decision of preparation meeting. In order to accelerate the momentum, the second preparation meeting was held again on 30 May evening 4 PM with representatives and individuals together with temporary working committee members at 88 generation (Peace and Open Society) office in Yangon again. In this meeting, the working committee was reformed with 15 members and also ten sub committees were formed as follow. (1) Invitation (2) Information (3) Hosting and accommodation (4) Security and measure (5) Ceremony preparation (6) Finance and fund raising (7) Protocol and preparation for MC activities (8) International relation (9) Archives, Display and Research (10) Silver Jubilee document Printing Even after making a breakthrough 25 years ago against dictatorship, 88 era comrades in arms, as brother and sisters are still active to take part in democratic reform process and state building process so far with the flame of 88 inspirations. Therefore, all are sincerely encouraged as by the unity of 88 comrade brothers and sisters and new blood generation, this Silver Jubilee grand ceremony will have to be commemorated successfully with all participation into current priority causes of the nation, Peace and True National Reconciliation.
