The seven-man delegation is led by National Association for Medium and Small Scale Contractors (NAMSSC) president Mutale Mpepo. This is according to a statement issued by the Zambian Embassy in Addis Ababa. Mr Mpepo said when he paid a courtesy call on Zambia’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative in Ethiopia Susan Sikaneta, that the delegation’s visit to that country has been necessitated by the massive infrastructure development being undertaken by President Sata’s administration. “As you are aware, Zambia is witnessing massive infrastructure development never seen before in the history of the country.
