ម្សិលមិញ ថ្ងៃ ១៦ វិច្ឆិកា ២០១៤ គឺជាថ្ងៃសប្បាយរីករាយមួយទៀតសម្រាប់ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ និងប្រជាជននៅទូទាំងខេត្ត ដែលបេក្ខជន ប៊ុត សីហា មកពីខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ នៃការប្រឡងសំឡេង The Voice Cambodia (រដូវកាលទី១) បានឈ្នះនៅវគ្គផ្តាច់ព័ត្រ និងក្លាយជាម្ចាស់ជ័យលាភីលេខ ១។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា នៅក្នុងការប្រណាំងទូក ង ដើមខែវិច្ឆិកានេះ ទូក ង មកពីខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ ក៏បានអុំឈ្នះទាំងបីថ្ងៃនៃការប្រកួតផងដែរ។ នេះបង្ហាញពីទេពកោសល្យ និងសក្តានុពលនៃប្រជាជនខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ខ្ញុំសូមអបអរសាទរយុវជន ប៊ុត សីហា, ប្រជាជនខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ និងមានមោទនភាពចំពោះខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺទាំងមូល។ Yesterday was another happy day for Kampong Speu and her people. Buth Seiha, the first winner of the Voice Cambodia (season 1) has brought another glorious moment and gift being from Kampong Speu himself. Also note that early this November, after outstandingly performed at the 3-days Water Festival, boats from Kampong Speu won three Cups. This show talent and potential of Kampong Speu citizenry. I would like to congratulate Seiha, people of Kampong Speu and stay proud of Kampong Speu.
