Dear all Khmer Youths and Patriots, គណបក្សនយោបាយនីមួយៗ ត្រូវតែមានការកំណត់គោលដៅរបស់ខ្លួន សំរាប់ជា ការគ្រប់គ្រងបែបបង្ហាញ ។ ជាឧទាហរណ៏៖ Each political party is ready to set the goals for the performance development management. And for example: គោលដៅទី១) ជាគណបក្សនយោបាយប្រឆាំងលេខ១ ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ Goal No. 1) To be the first opposition party in Cambodia. គោលដៅទី២) ជាគណបក្សនយោបាយ ដែលមានជំហ៊រលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ នៅក្នុង ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ Goal No.2) To be a political party which hold on/stand by/position of the democracy in Cambodia. គោលដៅទី៣)ជាគណបក្សនយោបាយដែលមានការផ្លាស់ប្រែប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ Goal No.3: To be a political party which transformed? គោលដៅទី៤) ជាគណបក្សនយោបាយដែលមានការសហការជាមួយនឹងគណបក្ស ផ្សេងៗ ដើម្បីបង្កើតរដ្ឋសភា និងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ Goal No.4: To be a political party which cooperate with another political parties to form/establish the parliament state department and also Cambodia Royal Government. គោលដៅទី៥) ជាគណបក្សនយោបាយដែលមានស្របតាមជំហ៊ររបស់រាជរដ្ឋា ភិបាល នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ Goal No.4: To be a political party which followed to the position of Cambodia Royal Government. ចូរចំណាំ តាមរយះការសង្កេតរបស់កំលាំងមហាជនខ្មែរ មើលឃើញថា៖ Please lets note that, our observation saw below: ទី១) ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរបស់គណបក្សហ៊ុនស៊ីនបិុច បានជ្រើសរើយយកគោលដៅទី៤ និងគោលទី៥ ទើបគណបក្សមួយនេះ មិនមានអសនៈនៅក្នុងរដ្ឋសភា តាមរយះ ការបោះឆ្នោត ជាសាកលតាំងពីអាណត្តិរហូតដល់អាណត្តិបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។ 1) Top management team of HunSinpic, they party picked up/selected Goal No.1 and Goal No.2. So this party has no any seat in the Parliament state by the universal election since past mandate until current mandate. ទី២) ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរបស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិកម្ពុជាបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ក៏មិនទាន់មាន សមត្ថភាពក្នុងការនាំគណបក្សមួយនេះ អោយសំរេចបាននូវគោលដៅទី២ និងគោល ដៅទី១ នៅទ្បើយទេ។ ហើយគណបក្សមួយនេះ គ្រាន់តែសំរេច បាននូវមួយផ្នែក តូចនៅក្នុងគោលដៅទី៣ តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ មូលហេតុអ្វី? ព្រោះគណបក្សមួយនេះ នៅតែមានអំណាចប្រមូលផ្តុំក្នុងគណបក្សតាំងពីថ្នាក់ក្រោម ជាតិ រហូតដល់ថ្នាក់ ជាតិ ប្រើប្រាស់មនុស្សល្ងង់អោយបំពេញតួនាទីនៅថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ និងមិនមាន គោលការណ៏លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យផ្ទៃក្នុងរបស់គណបក្សនៅទ្បើយ។ ហើយធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ជាងនេះ ពួកគេបានក្បត់នូវឆន្ទះម្ចាស់ឆ្នោត។ ហើយជាឧទាហរណ៏៖ សហការី ឬជា សមាជិកសមាជិការ ឬជាក្រុមការងារក្រោមឪវាទ ពួកគេចាំតែស្តាប់និងធ្វើ តាមការ សម្រេចចិត្តរបស់លោក កឹម សុខា និង លោក សម រាង្ស៊ី តេប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ មានន័យ សហការីទាំងនោះ មិនមែនជាអ្នក សម្រេចនោះទេ។ 2) Nowadays, Top management team of Cambodian National Rescue Party (CNRP) they are not possible to bring this CNRP to achieve the goal No. 2 and the Goal No.1 yet. And this CNRP just achieved small parts in the Goal No.3. Why? Because this CNRP has still the collective powers in this CNRP since sub national level until national level. And this CNRP still organized/assigned ignorant people to fill main positions at sub national levels. And then this CNRP also has no an internal democratic principle yet. And more serious mistake, Top Management team betrayed the voters will. And for examples, all subordinate staffs of CNRP, or colleagues of CNRP they just joined listening and also followed to only Sam Rainsy & Kem Sokhas decisions. Means, they are not decision makers.
