基本功 The Importance of our Foundation Just read a paragraph from a book.... and it states (in Chinese) :- 大多数人都喜欢追求速成、绝招、祖传秘法。其实，秘法都是基础知识的引申及经验的累积。。。 Quick Summary :- According to the author, Learners of CM tend to look for short cut, unique skills...... The fact (according to the author) is that the application of fundamental theories & practical experience is the key to higher learning! I do agree with the author FULLY! Have been revisiting the fundamental theories for the past one week or so....... can sense (for myself) the deepening of my feel (sorry, cant think of an appreciate term)...... in the subject!
