☀️Good Morning World❗️ Its about that time to get energized with my Nutrition Plan for your day. Heres a little motivation. I enjoy adding my own personal touches to customize to my taste buds getting in my 80% Nutrition while grooving. _________________________________________ Today I used: 2 Tablespoons of Flaxseed Powder 1 Scoop of Apple Fiber (Herbalife) 1 Scoop Prolessa Duo (Herbalife) 2 Scoops Orange Cream Healthy Meal (Herbalife) 4oz of Vanilla Almond Milk 1 Tablespoon of Honey Greek Yogurt Small handful of Blueberries 4-5 Strawberries 4-5 Ice cubes Blend for 2-3 mins and there you have it. ________________________ This is how Im setting up breakfast of course Ill be taking my Herbalife Supplements too. _______________________ Celluloss✔️ Cell Activator✔️ Multivitamin✔️ Aminogen✔️ Core Complex✔️ _______________________ Next in store will be that morning workout where I capture that last 20% Fitness. ________________________ #ConfessionsOfALifeCoach ________________________ Nafisah24Fit@Gmail DM ME~
