▪️Sunday Inspiration▪️ Below is video footage of a long term client... Let me explain a little bit as the transformation hasnt been an easy one by any means. When we started in June this client was eating very little, what he was eating wasnt nutritious, no regular meals, meal choices were for ease ️Never fuel. A typical day would be skipping breakfast, occasional lunch on the run and dinner of Pre made shop bought meals.. How things have changed! The client was constantly tired, falling asleep early most evenings, waking tired and constant dips in moods and motivation, sound familiar ? He played rugby during the season and trained once a week during that time. I recommended he join inceptionPT to help with body composition goals and also to gain strength, endurance and hypertrophy (muscle growth) to keep him motivated and have goals to work to with his training, hes loved training with the guys 3 nights a week since and hasnt looked back! Tackling Nutrition ... This client is now eating over twice the calories he was back in the summer, he eats good sources of protein, fats and carbs and totally understands what his body requires to fuel heavy sessions, endure his busy workload and also to keep him going through the day to enjoy his evenings and wake refreshed, motivated and ready to train regularly after work 3 nights a week. Its been a long journey as doubling your food intake takes time, your body and life needs slow adjustments that can be sustainable and realistic. Im proud to say now Ive taken a step back as he is now in full control of his diet and weekly needs, he prepares his food on the weekends and tops up during the week to keep him on track. Its now a way of life and one thats dramatically changed his life for the better and for his hard work, dedication and inspiration for others I am pleased to show you his amazing transformation via this video! I hope this is an inspiration to others to show with great training plans, focus, goals and clever nutrition you can achieve the body you want!
