☝️This article is both incredibly beautiful, yet devastatingly sad at the same time. To think that there is that big of a lack of tolerance for both longstanding UT tradition and the leeway granted us in the first amendment is appalling. Moreover, it is pathetic to me that a an openly anti-religious group would attempt to enforce their personal belief system on an establishment in another state. Very, very sad. Real talk? Anyone that squirms in intense discomfort from a 30 second prayer before a game (whether youre Christian, of another religious persuasion, or atheist) clearly has deeper seated issues than simply feeling alienated...its an indicator of the growing distaste and hatred for religion and for God...I mean, really?? To be that passionate about a lack of an ability to tolerate a 30-second prayer is unbelievable. Plug your ears while we show honor and respect to our Creator. Just more signs of the times...I will NEVER be ashamed of you, Jesus. I pray that I die before I deny you among men. #OffMySoapbox
