------------------The Mechanism For Global Climate Engineering-------------- The first assumption I put forward is the Electrical nature of our Universe. So often, weve been told weather is a result of the forces of convection, pressure, and temperature. A world confined by the Laws of Thermodynamics. These variables all have their roots in the fundamental force of nature; Electricity. The electromagnetic force is 39 orders of magnitude stronger than gravity. Yet, we were told, gravity is the predominate force within our Universe. That, is therefore, the next myth that must be reconciled. Climate control is made possible by the control of the flow of electromagnetic energy and frequency within our environment. That requires a vast grid of Ionospheric heaters(HAARP) to inject microwaves of low energy into naturally occurring Polar outflow jets(MASER) which increase energy in these ions from 5-10 KHz to in excess of 100 MHz. That is the single most important fact; which allows energy to be multiplied by facilities like HAARP. As with any circuit, the flow of electrons are essential for control. Therefore, to enable complete control of the Global Electrical circuit, technology must be placed at strategic points of conductivity between the Ionosphere and the Earth. A vast network of towers and radar facilities exist in order to maintain control of the flow of ionized energy. This network is vital to insulating charge potential within the layer, known as the Schumann cavity. The Ionosphere acts as a capacitor. It is increased in charge potential by the Sun(under natural conditions) and by sources of man-made electromagnetic energy(microwaves). To discharge this energy, facilities such as Doppler radar, GWEN towers, and others in the network of the Global Electrical circuit, direct the flow of energy via 3-C(Command, Control, Communications) computers. The Schumann cavity possesses high potential to ground near storms; hence, lightning occurs. But scientist have also been enabled to inject charge potential in air masses via microwave frequencies. Thus, making the circuit between the ionosphere and ground. If different Doppler locations ionize the atmosphere to differing potentials, ions accelerate air masses until the charge difference is negligible. All WEATHER is ELECTRIC. Therefore, control of the Global Electrical circuit is the KEY to 3-C.
