And a non registered setlite town made in liaquat pur, liaquatpur is totally based on agriculture , it is not an industrial area, but property rate per marla is from 2 to 4 lacs in this town and other places Setlite town 25 acres: it is completely government property leased by hajji nassarullah for a soap factory, but now sale it in marla`s, in dummy regisrations or on stams, government and local authorities are involved, this land was leased for 99 years now the remaining time is 29 years approx. this information is from TMA staff in freindly environment, you can inquire it personaally. please first inquire then take the necessory action as early as possible.. thank you citizen pak.
