- Accounts Officer Rinciannya adalah : Lokasi: DKI Jakarta, Jakarta Selatan We are currently looking for an account officer who will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, accounts payable and receivables. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that municipal finances are accurate and up to date, that vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits. The person will have this following specific responsibilities: 1.Accounts Payable - Raising Purchase Orders in the system - Checking Statement of Accounts for existing invoices & follow up any missing - Prepare creditors invoices for payment on Friday - Email out remittance advice for payments made each Friday after payment out of bank - Prepare Expense and Mileage claim for payment on Fridays - Invoicing to be completed when required and filed in Credit Applications folder 2.Accounts Receivable - Daily follow up of accounts receivable - logging comments into BST 2x contacts made by 15th of each month - Process creditors invoices (distributing, approval, coding and enter into BST daily) - Collection, Open, Log & Distribute Mail - Finance to file printed copies of each months invoices in Projects drawers 3.Banking - Enter in daily bank transactions to the system (Receipts & Payments & Journals) - Daily email update of bank receipts - Reconciliation all bank accounts (for the end of month) - All Petty Cash Account Reconciliations - All Credit Card Reconciliations received and entered for the end of the current month The person suitable for the job would have to possess these following skills: - Intermediate level of excel. Capable of the following formulas and tasks: - Formulas: sumifs, index, vlookup - Pivot tables / formatting pivot tables - Conditional formatting - Data sorts - Intermediate computer skills capable of using a computer and various programs, such as: - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - PDF (merge and split documents) - High level of spoken and written English - High level of confidence with double entry accounting - Positive attitude - Capable of problem solving - Self-motivated - Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting is preferable - 1 year work experience as an Account Officer or Assistant Accountant - fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
