He was chained up outside of his home without food/water or shelter for weeks while he could hear the other dogs/puppies inside in their warm home, getting attention. The owner claimed she had no food for poor Mars but had a litter of "small" dogs that she was selling )):( He has spent many cold nights outside by himself and just wants to find a home that will give him plenty of love, a warm bed and a full belly…(Mars has some weight to gain). He is about 6 months old, neutered and up to date with vaccinations. Mars is good with other dogs and children. Please consider adding Mars to your family.
