- TEAM QUESTION - Its okay to feel sad. understand that you are you experiencing sadness - and when your ready you can chose to experience happiness. You are you. You ARNT sadness in itself. You experience it. Its a vibration. And realizing that we are responsible for our own vibration helps us realize that happiness is a choice, equally as much as sadness is.
