-Please share if youd like to help me out- I didnt announced this publicly before but I lost my full-time job at Vistek a few weeks ago, which is mainly why Ive gone more free-lance and why I approached the modelling agency. While theyre going to be starting to throw me photo work, it will be a slow start-up so Im also looking to pick up some extra work to feed myself and cover my bills while thats happening. So on that note... Ive decided to temporarily offer to do basic portraiture for people, in the style of my Portrait Fun album for $40 for (3) high-quality studio portraits. I have a backdrop and my studio lights set up downstairs at my place, so the time taken for me to do this is about half what it would otherwise be and I can charge half the amount. $40 will afford me food and drink for two days, Ill get some practice shooting and youll get (3) awesome profile pictures for Facebook or whatever you want (besides promotional materials - these are about personality, not advertising. So if you want to use images for promoting a business, its a different issue and we would have to reach a compromise). If you want more than one person in a shot, it will be a bit more. If you want more than (3) shots, it will be $10 per additional image. If you want me to throw in some special effects, we can work something out, depending on what you want - but General retouching is already included... I will remove pimples, blemishes and whatnot. Portraiture is about capturing your essence, not your temporary skin flaws, so dont worry about stuff like that. You just have to get all did up fancy and get yourself to my house for an hour or so and let me shoot you. Im seriously charging as little as I can for this, so that people in this particular community can afford it. Its a community with little money and a lot of LOVE and I love taking pictures of all you awesome peeps so I think it works out for everybody...
