It has a Near Infrared quality that means this product is less visible in low light conditions. This fabric is Berry Compliant which means from the origin of the fiber, to the creation of the material, and the end product is 100% American. These will fit a large ALICE Backpack/Bergen or a pack or similar sized packs. The Enhanced Backpack Covers provide additional strength by adding web support straps that cross your backpack and secure behind your frame or even without a frame with Velcro at two different points - which will keep external attachments from falling off.
