1,00,000 wards, 10,000 unions and city corporations, 1,000 Upazilas, 100 Districts, 10 Divisions and 1 country.........each wards will contain 2,000 citizens, 1,000 voters, 1 Model primary school with facilities of Vote Centre..strong local government at union and city corporation level...they will responsible for health, quality educations, human rights, social development and they can recruit and control their own law enforcing agency and training provided by the central government and they will take care security of 20,000 citizens...............All wards, unions, Upazilas, Districts and Divisions are inter and intra connected with data centre and internet. In this way administrative cost can be cut and corruption will be reduced and transparency and accountability will easily be established in each sector...Every citizen will get smart card where his assets and income status will be stored.....Finally this may look like a dream but possible and have to establish immediately to manage 200 million people in a small area of our geographically small country. .......
