1/12/2014- DWI Arrest On January 12, 2014 at approximately 12:02 AM., deputies observed a white in color 1987 Isuzu travelling east on Bone Plain Road in the Town of Dryden operating without brakelights. Deputies identified the operator as Peter A. Westerling age 27 of Dryden, New York. Further investigation by deputies determined Westerling was intoxicated. Westerling was charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated and Operating a Motor Vehicle with Inadequate or no Stop Lights. Westerling is to appear in the Town of Dryden Court on February 11, 2014 at 9:00 AM.
